the most is : skilled at helping coding. this is one of principal skill requied. and yes need to be friendy , helpfull thats true .

We realy need skills in HEX editing C/C++ ( compiling a project and skills with gunz files and anti hack )

These are key characteristics to becoming a GM.

i can do that , but what u mean with 'manages the game'

You take care of the game, listin to the people, help clean up when its a mess, the game will be much like your room, you also have to manage it, keep it clean.

You'll have to give up some free time to do gm stuff. And when you're playig, don't ignore a pmer, go and help him.

You have to dedicate onto your status. Else you can not fullfill your job.

You shoudn't be a wuzz either.

Like;

GM: You are hacking, I'm going to ban you.
Hacker: if you ban me I will shutdown server and delete ur account.
GM: Ok ok, don't, go on..

Shouldn't be like that, 90% of the people who say that, lie.

i can do that ,i got alot of free time atm because its vacation(still a month and a week to go so np )and when the vacation is done,i can still go on gunz for more then a hour mostly

How can I help make a difference:
Well basically I'm a very experienced person and i also learn fast. I am really great full on having this opportunity proving that I am worthy of being a GameMaster. I am really active in game, i play about 8 hours a day. I think that I can make a difference because I have the experience from being Owner/GM/Admin in other server's. I got much experience... I know all the commands and i also got a talented experience in hunting down hackers/glitchers. I honestly think that I can improve the community by helping and spending all my time on in game helping others with their problems. I will do my best to to help everyone..

Why I should be hired:
I don't like people not having fun in game and I have been playing Gunz for about 3 now. I've learn to deal with people disrespecting others. I want to be a GM to stop all this madness and keep the community a place where everyone can be happy. I'm very mature, but I am funny too. I have a lot of experience helping run a server and keeping people in check. I have many references if you need those to improve my chances of getting the job. Owner of Maplestory/Runescape/Gunz (4 Months) - In charge of hosting the server/coding/developping lots of stuff. For example : system.mrs/zitem.xml ( mostly .mrs files)

GameMaster (2 Months) - In charge of in game problems and catching hackers/swappers/glitchers.
