Make a replay. Then use a capture program like GamCam or Fraps (http://fraps.com) Then once you have recorded it into a viewable file then use movie maker or something more sophisticated like sony vegas or something. Sory this is the crapiest explanation but that us how you do it.

No. one or the other. The fraps has a free thing but you can only record for 30seconds unless you buy it or get a crack from somewhere.

I suggest NOT using Hypercam as it sends your CPU through the roof with FGunZ. The only way to keep your computer alive is to crop to about 200x200
