i use Comodo Firewall, Free and amazing as far as i can see.

I use BOCore as well..

and WinPatrol
http://www.winpatrol.com/


Comodo = firewall..
BOCore scans for infected programs and Tells you if found.
WinPatrol detects changes in files on your computer, like start up files and asks u if its alright, instead of it automatically working

Also had to add this site
